The AMD Facilities Management services team has formally transitioned to AMD FM Ltd.
James Tranham has been appointed the Managing Director of AMD FM Ltd.
This change will further allow us to develop our bespoke, specialised service to meet the demands of the modern-day FM marketplace. We shall continue to be a provider of integrated facilities management services through a client-first approach and strong performance. While we seek new relationships with potential clients and customers, we continue nurturing our existing ones too.
At AMD – FM we provide bespoke Facilities Management solutions for Hospitality, Private, Public, Retail and Health Sectors. We believe in listening to our clients to deliver the service they require, working collaboratively in delivering the perfect maintenance package for their needs. Our expertise in house means that we understand the requirements of the asset and maintain it through a mixture of both expertise and recommended industry standards.

The success and growth of AMD FM within AMD Environmental has been swift and exciting, due to this period of growth we felt it important to further enhance our specialist FM service that we deliver to our customers and clients by creating AMD FM as its own entity. This is the start of a very exciting period for AMD Group with new opportunities for staff, clients, and our integrated supply chain, I look forward to leading AMD FM and working closely with Alex Wilmot as MD of AMD Environmental in delivering a turnkey solution to the FM market.
