Services: Mechanical & Electrical

Mechanical: Installation of 15no new VAV units in ceiling space and adaptations to existing ductwork. Installation of new grilles to new ceiling throughout the floor plate. Upgrade of BMS controls on 54no VAV units including wall controllers and updated front end graphics. Domestic pipework to new finishing kitchen equipment including new HWS calorifier in riser cupboard.

Electrical: Upgrade of all DBs on throughout the floor, all new DBs by Schneider. Wiring and installation of complete lighting control system and new LED lighting. Wiring and installation of new mechanical power. Installation of containment for AV and data wiring. Installation of new underfloor busbar system and tap-off leads to furniture.

All systems commissioned and fully tested on completion inline with relevant British Standards.
