Refurbishment and upgrade of the mechanical, electrical and public health systems of the 5 building complex at Griffin House, Sheffield. The project consisted:  installation of five chillers and balancing of volume control dampers to the toilet extract ventilation branch ductwork systems serving three buildings; replacement of electrical switch panels within both switch rooms serving the entire site; upgrade of rising busbars within three buildings to allow local isolation of on‐floor electrical distribution boards; replacement and/or refurbishment of on‐floor electrical distribution boards serving landlords supplies and all 29‐floors across three buildings; installation of a new self‐contained standby generator and associated infrastructure to provide an auxiliary supply to the fireman’s lift.
