Daniel Pearce, Business Unit Director
Daniel has gained vast experience in the practical, technical, and commercial management process of M&E contracting, previously enabling him to deliver successful projects for our clients. He has over 30 years’ experience in the Mechanical and Electrical industry, working his way up from apprentice to Director.
Daniel’s role is one that is responsible for business development for AMD, seeking out new work steams and opportunities for AMD. He is also responsible for existing key client relationships and the development of new client relationships. He works closely with the estimation team to provide the best opportunities for both AMD and our clients.
Daniel is passionate about customer satisfaction and successful project delivery. He ensures that key relationships are built and trust is formed with clients, all of which are critical to our successful history of repeat business with our clients.
Outside of work, Daniel is married and has two children and enjoys a host of social and sporting activities.
