My role at AMD is to lead our Facilities Management division. We provide a Total Hard FM package as well as specialist delivery of air conditioning and all ventilation to our valued clients in local authorities, Housing Associations and Private Business’.
My background comes from being a fresh faced domestic and commercial gas engineer nearly 23 years ago and from this I gained an understanding of what it is like to be the “boots on the ground”. In the intervening period I have become electrically trained and worked for family run business’, Tier One Contractors as well as creating a mechanical and construction private residential business which is still going strong. I have been working at a Senior level for the last 15 years and there isn’t a lot I haven’t seen, dealt with or worked with in those years and these experiences have given me an excellent level of expertise and experience to assist our clients with pretty much anything mechanical based.
AMD is going through an exciting growth period, developing our client portfolio and the offerings we can provide in house and moving towards being a “cradle to grave” supplier for all of your Hard FM needs. AMD offers honesty, safety and expertise for our clients and due to the wide ranging services we deliver – the majority by our directly employed team meaning we can be a one point of contact for your organisation for Facilities Management. The service delivery is enhanced by our project division for whom we work with high-profile clients in banking, tier One contractors and large government organisations. The inhouse design, estimation and delivery teams have provided some incredible projects with complexities that most would shy away from. The expertise within these departments means our FM delivery from Installation and on to the FM division for maintenance, service and repair is second to none.
