This project was a refurbishment to four storeys of office space and an upgrade of existing mechanical services. The work included the installation of a new Daikin VRVIII heat recovery air conditioning system with centralised controls per floor, and new AHU and ventilation ductwork. The project also included building an acoustic enclosure for all external plant, installing new hot and cold water systems, and new toilet extractor systems. Foul drainage and rainwater pipework was also upgraded.
