Private Banking project, refurbishing an existing Barclays site, formally a retail branch, into a new private banking suite.

Electrically this includes new containment, electrical distribution, small power and lighting inclusive of Lutron Live with scene setting control, emergency lighting and fire alarm. Mechanically this includes a new Mitsubishi R32 VRF heat recovery air conditioning system, new Ventilation and WC extract system, public health system complete with water and drainage.
