Over the course of 12 months, AMD were required to install M&E services to the First Direct call centre. The work involved upgrading the BMS, fire alarm, and the gas and water mains, as well as replacing 21 AHUs, 20 pumps, the central battery, and a boiler. VRF and FCUs were also installed. The work was spread over 39 phases working concurrently.
