DETAIL: AMD were tasked to do a full refurbishment and plant replacement to a 550 seat call centre for Severn Trent. This project was a design & build Mechanical and Electrical installation, and included the fitting of LED lighting, BMS, gas suppression, and small power to the desks. A new fire alarm system was installed, along with new AHU & FC units, and Low temperature hot water and chilled water pipework.
