AMD were required to design and build mechanical services to a six-storey building. The scope of works included installation of a VRV Heat Recovery Air Conditioning System, supply and extract ventilation ductwork, and BMS. The work also involved installing toilet core and foul drainage systems, as well as refurbishing and upgrading the basement plant room.
