The project space has been converted from a Cat A to Cat B. AMD Environmental installed new air conditioning to supplement an existing system; new secondary ductwork to new grilles and plenums; plumbing works to serve several new tea points; and built a new Comms Room with new Down Flow Air Conditioning, leak detection and vesda system. Alterations and upgrades were made to existing lighting system, and the fire alarm was upgraded to match the new layout. Underfloor and AV Power & Comms Room with UPS Backup was also installed.
