Roy Cosstick, Operations Director
Roy joined AMD Environmental in October 2022. Roy brings a wealth of experience to AMD having worked across multiple sectors in new build and refurbishment projects. His main focus has been to drive through efficiencies to end of life cycle plant replacements, especially within mission critical live environments.
Roy has over 40 years of engineering management experience having started his career with a technical apprenticeship with the Royal Navy, progressing through Nuclear Qualifications within the Submarine Service to achieve a Post Graduate Qualification in Engineering Management on leaving the service.
Since leaving the Royal Navy in the late 1990’s has been involved within the building services industry having been responsible for projects with values up to circa £15 million.
Roy builds robust and lasting relationships with both clients and supply chain partners, which enable him to ensure that projects are delivered to the correct specification, meeting client expectations, within contract budgets, and on time.
Roy’s background from nuclear submarine engineering gives him an unrivalled understanding of critical systems, key project delivery timeframes, and the interaction of these to meet business needs.
